Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Staff Accountant for our Napa Valley Wine Train operation. This role supports daily finance, accounting, and payroll activities in a historic luxury setting, with emphasis on accuracy and cross-department collaboration.
You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensure compliance, analyze data, and help maintain financial health across the organization. This is a full-time on-site position in Napa.

As Staff Accountant, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance, accounting, & payroll operations of Napa Valley Wine Train. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. You are highly detail-oriented & enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with multiple departments. You are excited to accept the daily challenge involving a combination of financial analysis, payroll processing, compliance, and supporting the organization's overall financial health.
