Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analysis for accurate reporting.
• Assist with month end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support fixed asset accounting, audits, and internal processes.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements in finance.
