Here, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting functions, and work directly with leadership on exciting initiatives like process improvements, budgeting, operations, and more. You’ll do real work that contributes to big-picture goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help manage day-to-day accounting operations (think AR/AP, reconciliations, journal entries)
• Support month-end close and assist in preparing financial reports
• Work with leadership to track cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and team members across departments
• Contribute to improving systems and processes as we grow
• Learn quickly, ask questions, and take ownership of your work

Who You Are:

• A recent graduate in Accounting or Finance—or someone with 0–2 years of experience plus an internship or two
• Eager to learn, ready to contribute, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-like environments
• Comfortable with Excel, organized, and curious about how accounting drives a business
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with QuickBooks, an ERP system, or have exposure to manufacturing or operations
