Job summary

The Bolton Group in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage client invoicing and project billing, ensuring accuracy with signed estimates, milestones and change orders.

The role collaborates with Producers and Project Managers, monitors receivables, processes vendor invoices, and supports month-end close using QuickBooks Online, while upholding GAAP and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in service or project-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
