You will report to the Senior Manager of Accounting and help improve our internal and external financial reporting and workflow automation. • Process Improvement: Actively understand, improve, and automate accounting transaction flows and existing manual processes
  • Ledger & Vendor Management: Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) ledgers, accurately record payments, and efficiently maintain and onboard both vendors and customers
  • Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset ledger, track capital expenditures, and run monthly depreciation and amortization schedules
  • Bank & Cash Management: Perform daily or weekly bank and corporate credit card reconciliations to monitor cash flow
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly budget‑versus‑actual variance analysis on departmental expenses to provide actionable insights to management
  • Analysis & Special Projects: Assist in development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow of the finance team and leadership with detailed accounting analyses
  • Cross‑Functional Support: Communicate with department leads to resolve variances, and assist with the continuous improvement of month end close procedures to shorten the close cycle and maintain accuracy
  • This role requires onsite administrative duties, collecting and reviewing finance mail and rectifying outstanding checks and balances
  • Assist with ad‑hoc special projects
