Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including schedules and reports.
• Monitor accounting data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices and collections.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.

Position Overview

The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company by supporting accurate accounting processes and reporting.
