Job summary

Darling Ingredients in Irving, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with corporate accounting functions at our offices. You will support general ledger close, billing, pricing, inventory analysis, cost analysis, and coordination with internal and external auditors.

The role requires a accounting degree or 2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a team-oriented, detail-minded approach to ensure accurate financial reporting across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 2 years of industry accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

Job Summary

The Staff Accountant will assist with the accounting functions processed at our Corporate Offices.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 2 years of industry accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle accounting system experience desired.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Team player; works well with others.
• Detail oriented; well organized; ability to multi-task.
• Good math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
