Staff Accountant (Temporary 2 to 3 Months)

Onsite | Huntington Beach, CA

$30 – $35/hr. | 32 Hours/Week

We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant for a 2 to 3-month onsite temporary assignment in Huntington Beach. This role supports the accounting team during a busy period. Ideal for

someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

• Assist AP/AR with invoices, receipts, vouchers, and deposits
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
• Create reports, including monthly rep commissions
• Maintain organized records, scan, file, and mail vendor checks
• Daily cash reporting and support customer accounts
• Provide general support to the accounting team

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with any large ERP system is preferred
• Solid experience with AR, AP, General Ledger, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable working 32 hours per week onsite
