Qualifications

Carolina PRG has partnered with a US HQ in the greater Fort Mill, SC area. This is a rare opportunity to join this $2B+ international manufacturer that has outstanding employee retention and rarely has openings on their US HQ Accounting/Finance team. This position will ensure the integrity of the accounting records with responsibility for payables and expense reporting and the month end close process.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains company accounting records in an accurate, organized, efficient manner.
• Process Inventory Accounts Payable invoices.
• Understanding of Non-Inventory Accounts Payable process to be sufficient as a full backup.
• Expense Reporting, including processing monthly expense reports and managing the Company Credit Card process.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations in BlackLine and analyzes variances in account activity.
• Prepare and process General Ledger journal entries including monthly, quarterly and year-end journal entries.
• Assists with the interim and year-end audit process.
• Conducts special projects and other duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of experience
• Prior SAP experience is a plus
• Highly proficient with MS Excel
• Prior experience with Concur and/or Blackline is a plus
• Must be detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision is a must.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative team setting.
