Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–4 years of accounting experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
• Support project accounting and job cost reporting.
• Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax filings.
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams on financial reporting.
• Perform other accounting and finance projects as needed.
