Our North end client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join their finance team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and post journal entries for routine and month-end close activities
2. Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
4. Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed
5. Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and depreciation

Qualifications
