RESPONSIBILITIES of the Staff Accountant will include:

• Preparation of Financial Statements for assigned locations / properties
• Process journal entries on a timely basis to maintain accurate bank balances
• Prepare year-end accounting packages for external auditors
• Prepare month-to-month and year-to-date budget variance analyses
• Perform monthly closing of general ledger procedures
