Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Staff Accountant will prepare business and individual tax returns, maintain monthly accounting records, and prepare financial statements. You will work directly with clients, ensure accuracy in their books, and support their accounting and tax needs throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting and/or tax experience
• Experience with business and individual returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120)
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• CPA certification or progression toward obtaining CPA is a plus
• UltraTax CS experience is a plus
