Job summary

The Bolton Group, a small but well-capitalized manufacturer near Denver, seeks a Staff Accountant to own full-cycle accounting with daily exposure to finance leadership.

You will handle GL, AR, AP, and assist month-end close, reporting to a hands-on Manager who plans to grow the role as you prove yourself. On-site collaboration across finance, sales, and ops in a lean office.

Qualifications

• A motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional, new accounting grads (with internship experience) and Big 4/regional public accounting backgrounds are both a great fit. What matters most is drive, curiosity, and the business acumen to understand how accounting connects to the rest of the operation, not just years on a resume.
