Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a commercial real estate portfolio in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will own month-end close, prepare journal entries, and ensure accuracy of financial statements across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing month-end close independently.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager (required).
• Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and due-to/due-from transactions.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Support audit readiness and maintain strong financial controls.

What You'll Do
