About the Role

As our Staff Accountant reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be supporting a high performing finance team across daily accounting operations, financial reporting and process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of accounting experience (including internships) and who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-growth company.

What you'll do

• Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations to maintain the general ledger.
• Support with accounts payable (AP) by processing vendor invoices, preparing payments, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Assist with accounts receivable (AR) by preparing customer invoices, tracking collections, and resolving discrepancies.
• Help administer payroll in Rippling, ensuring proper setup and processing.
• Contribute to the month-end and year-end close process, including schedules and reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements, audits, and internal reviews.
• Maintain well-organized accounting files and records.
• Support system workflows in NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on day-to-day needs.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (includes internships or entry-level roles).
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Desire to advance into more senior accounting and finance roles over time.
