JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Host is responsible for managing reservations throughout Stadium Swim, Legacy Club, Circa Sportsbook, and Resort restaurants, ensuring a seamless guest experience while delivering exceptional service. As a brand ambassador for multiple on-site venues, the Property Host plays a key role in fostering memorable and engaging experiences for all guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Consistently uphold the Company's Service Standards at all venues.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring outstanding service and attention to detail.
- Assist guests with table reservations, accommodate special requests, and offer alternative solutions when necessary.
- Escort guests to reserved seating areas, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Curate and deliver unique, memorable experiences for guests, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
- Promote and provide information on events at Stadium Swim, Legacy Club, and Circa Sportsbook.
- Responsible for following all designated emergency procedures and duties in the event of an emergency.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities, operating hours, available activities, and events.
- Participate in all the required training.
- Actively seek opportunities to support peers, guests, and other departments in fostering a collaborative environment across all venues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high volume beverage, day club or pool setting.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Existing customer database is strongly desired but not required.
- Ability to network and comfortably communicate with others to develop business
- Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
- Ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude
- Must be able to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.
- Must possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions.
- Willingness to participate in promotional campaigns & promote upcoming events via social platforms.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards (Health, TAM, Non-gaming)
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow team members and guests
- Ability to stand and walking for long periods of time
- Extreme weather conditions both hot and cold, indoors and outdoors
- May be exposed to secondhand smoke and a loud environment
- Must be able to work in a face-paced environment
