Job summary

Legends Global in Texas is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations at AT&T Stadium, ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, organization of kitchens, dishwashing areas, storage spaces, and back‑of‑house facilities during games and events.

This hands‑on leadership role supports culinary, concessions, premium hospitality, and catering operations by ensuring equipment, utensils, and service items are cleaned, organized, and readily available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years in stewarding or related food service preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dishwashing equipment, ware-washing procedures, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lead a team in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to delegate and maintain attention to detail during peak service periods.
• Food handler certification or related food safety training may be required per policy and local regulations.
• Familiarity with inventory controls and cleaning checklists is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding operations, including dishwashing and sanitation.
• Stock condiment carts and supplies for service.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide hands-on direction and training.
• Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and cookware are available for operations.
• Maintain sanitation standards and proper chemical handling per policy.
• Monitor supplies, manage storage areas, and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate setup, breakdown, and cleaning of stewarding stations for events.
• Collaborate with culinary, concessions, catering, and other departments.
• Promote a safe, clean, organized work environment and enforce procedures.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training of team members (full-time, part-time, seasonal, temporary).
• All other duties as assigned.
