Job summary

Minnesota United FC in the Twin Cities area seeks a Security Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day safety and security operations at Allianz Field. You will coordinate staffing, supervise contract security, and ensure adherence to established procedures during events and non-event days.

You will manage Genetec and Envoy platforms, support incident response, and drive staff training, audits, and improvements to security readiness across the venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security leadership or operations, preferably in stadiums/venues.
• Experience coordinating shifts and supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of Genetec or similar platforms; OPENGATE a plus.
• Experience delivering emergency response and crisis management training.

Responsibilities

• Lead security briefings and monitor SOP compliance.
• Coordinate perimeter checks and respond to service calls.
• Oversee Security Operations Center duties and audits of contract staff.
• Maintain/update Genetec, Envoy, and related systems during events.
• Support planning for staffing, drills, and post-event debriefs.
