Job summary

Minnesota United FC is seeking a Stadium Operations Staff member to support game day and non-event tasks at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on setup, teardown, and general facility operations, with opportunities to participate in MNUFC2 events at the National Sports Center in Blaine.

The position is part-time, on-site in Saint Paul, reporting to the Facility Operations Manager. A positive work ethic, reliability, and ability to handle physical labor are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facility or stadium operations preferred.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Organizational skills with high accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
• Ability to perform general labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the management and organization of game day set up, execution, and tear down.
• Work as a team to complete necessary set up for special events in accordance with an event layout.
• Assist with maintenance, upkeep, and organization within the stadium.
• Report any deficiencies during stadium inspections to supervisors.
