Job summary

Legends Global in Glendale, AZ, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Operations, Quality Control, to oversee quality across stadium operations, including housekeeping, facilities, and event services. You will conduct inspections, audits, and data-driven reporting to ensure readiness and high standards.

The role requires leadership, safety focus, and collaboration with multiple departments; you will support continuous improvement, training, and on-site coverage during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of stadium/arena operations experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in operations, housekeeping, conversions, facilities, or event operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of stadium, arena, convention center, or live event facility operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine facility, event setup, conversion, and logistical inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, compliance, operational readiness, and overall quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Develop, maintain, and present quality control reports, inspection summaries, scorecards, and related documentation to support operational accountability and continuous improvement.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of Operations Department SOPs, checklists, and quality control processes.
• Support training and reinforcement of departmental processes, procedures, inspection standards, and quality expectations for team members.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain records for required certification courses and training.
