Job summary

AMB Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Project Manager to support the Stadium Operations Department in coordinating Capital Improvement and large Repair & Maintenance projects for Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Responsibilities include budget development, lifecycle administration from design concept through completion, and coordination with design engineers or architects as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PM experience for large facilities, strong knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit/BIM,

Qualifications

• Minimum B.A. degree with concentration in project or construction management.
• 1-3 years project management experience in a building or project over 1 million square feet.
• In-depth working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit/BIM; CAD Certification advantageous.
• Familiarity with IBC, NEC and NFPA standards.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project; knowledge of Gantt charts is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts in meetings with external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance competing priorities around a busy event schedule.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stadium Operations with coordination of Capital Improvement and Repair & Maintenance projects of all sizes.
• Develop budgets and estimate accurate project costs.
• Administer projects from design concept through completion.
• Coordinate with design engineers or architects as necessary.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and RFPs for MBS.
• Develop detailed MOPs for critical system projects when required.
• Coordinate pre-bid walk-throughs and manage bid tab, awards, and procurement.
• Provide construction progress logs and status reports regularly.
• Coordinate all project elements; sub-contracts, change orders, inspections, permits, etc.
• Open and close jobs daily; coordinate activities with contractors and stadium security.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing efficiency with event schedule demands.
• Review and manage project schedules; align with Events Manager to avoid conflicts.
• Identify, assess, and resolve risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain stadium AutoCAD files and update drawings for bid processes.
• Collect and file close-out documents (submittals, O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts).
• Maintain master project files with contracts, insurance, PO’s, change orders and invoices.
• Support 5-Year Capital budgets and future R&M/CapEx projects with other departments.
• Assist with event-day needs and occasional ice & snow management.
