Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Memphis, TN is seeking an Event Security Officer for a part-time Guest Services role at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium. You will help maintain safety and assist attendees while upholding client and company standards.

The position offers $14 per hour with flexible evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts; a Tennessee security license and background check are required, and Daily/Weekly pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Must possess a Tennessee security license.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, perform bag checks, and screenings.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Assist attendees, answer questions, and provide directions.
• Report incidents to supervisors and document activities for leadership.
