BEST Crowd Management in Memphis, TN is seeking an Event Security Officer to support Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium events. The role is part‑time with paid hourly wages and requires maintaining a professional presence.

You will patrol, monitor access, and respond to incidents while coordinating with staff and emergency services. The position emphasizes collaboration, customer service, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Tennessee security license or state security license.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and stay physically fit.
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and screen entrants.
• Respond to security incidents or medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions.
• Report security incidents to supervisors and authorities; document observations.
• Uphold company policies and security guidelines to maintain professionalism.
