The Hawker is responsible for the safe service of food and beverages in a mobile capacity while providing exceptional service. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment.

Greet fans, serve alcohol responsibly, communicate menu offerings, and assist guests with stadium navigation. Uphold health standards, manage inventory, and adapt to event-specific duties with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Serve alcohol safely in accordance with regulations.
• Explain menu offerings and pricing to guests.
• Direct guests and share stadium knowledge as needed.
• Keep bins, trays, and bags clean; follow health and safety standards.
• Count and secure inventory; organize products at shift end.
• Follow pre-shift notes and complete end-of-shift checkout with supervisor.
• Wear proper uniform on floor.
• Report equipment failures or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Undertake special projects and assignments as needed.
