Job summary

The Green Bay Packers are seeking a security professional to safeguard facilities including Lambeau Field and adjacent properties. You will perform exterior and foot patrols, monitor alarms, and assist with event security.

Strong communication, situational awareness, and a valid driver's license are essential. Candidate must have 2–3 years in security, be able to work all shifts, and contribute to incident reporting and interdepartmental coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in security or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior patrols and door checks in all weather conditions.
• Conduct routine foot patrols of Lambeau Field and surrounding properties.
• Monitor and respond to alarms and security incidents.
• Escort employees and visitors and provide directions as needed.
• Log visits, gates, badges, and incidents; write reports as required.
• Assist with security at special events and traffic/parking control.
