ABM Industries is seeking an Event Account Lead to supervise janitorial staff at stadium events, concerts, and functions. You’ll ensure the venue is clean, safe, and guest-ready, coordinating staffing and inspections before, during, and after events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• At least one year janitorial/related experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced event environments.
• Evenings, weekends, holidays availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support janitorial teams during events.
• Assist with staffing assignments and coverage.
• Perform pre-event, during-event, and post-event inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness across seating, concourses, restrooms, suites, offices.
• Train employees on cleaning techniques and safety.
• Respond to manager/client/guest requests.
• Assist with inventory and equipment management.
• Complete reports and inspections.
• Support management with special projects.
