Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This part-time role involves washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced stadium kitchen, and adhering to safety and uniform guidelines.

You will support food service operations during events and through standard shifts. Ideal candidates will obtain food safety certification, stay on their feet for long periods, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform production tasks and reach, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be available for all Stadium events and able to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties as directed by Chefs/Supervisors.
• Wash and sanitize all service ware, utensils, pots and pans and store properly.
• Clean kitchen equipment as directed.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Take out garbage and recycling; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
