Job summary

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is seeking a Stadium Custodial Attendant to maintain clean, safe facilities during and after events, including restrooms, concourses, and seating areas. This on-site role supports the game day operations team and helps deliver a positive guest experience at Fort Wayne FC home matches and other events.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness, removing trash, sweeping areas, responding to requests from event staff, and reporting facility issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs.
• Able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, supplies, and equipment (or willingness to be trained).
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude with guests.

Responsibilities

• Restock restroom supplies and check facilities regularly.
• Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and address spills promptly.
• Empty trash and recycling in restrooms and concourses.
• Sweep and spot-clean concourses, entry points, and gathering areas before, during, and after events.
• Respond to requests from event staff or supervisors for cleanup in specific areas.
• Break down and remove trash bags to designated collection or dumpster areas.
• Report facility issues to supervisor or facilities team.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• May clean after non-soccer events when requested.
