Job summary

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium is seeking a Custodial Attendant to maintain clean, safe facilities during and after events. Responsibilities include restocking restrooms, trash removal, and quick response to spills across concourses and seating areas. This role supports game day operations to ensure a positive fan experience.

The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 25–30 lbs, and working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions during events. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy throughout the event.
• Reliable and punctual — able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and stay through the full event.
• A team-first attitude; willing to jump in and help wherever needed on game day.
• Basic cleaning knowledge or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Restock restroom supplies and monitor facilities during events.
• Empty trash and recycling in restrooms and concourses.
• Sweep and spot-clean concourses, entry points, and gathering areas.
• Respond to requests from event staff for cleanup in specific areas.
• Break down and remove trash bags to designated collection areas.
• Report facility issues to supervisor or facilities team.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• May clean after non-soccer events when requested.
