PJ Trailers Inc. is seeking a manufacturing associate to move materials and support production line assignments in our Sumner, TX facility.

You will assemble items as directed by the floor supervisor, keep areas clean, and maintain equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work 10-hour shifts across Monday through Saturday, with strong teamwork to maximize productivity.

Formación

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques involved in the effective manufacture of goods a plus.
• Must be able to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently required
• Must have the ability to use and read a tape measure
• Ability to follow instructions given both verbally and in written form.
• Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be at work on time

Summary

Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments in our manufacturing facility. Incumbents are also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as assigned by his or her supervisor.

Hours

6am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ability to work 10 hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold all OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Clean-up work area daily.
