Pratt Industries in Wapakoneta, OH is seeking a Stacker Operator to join the Corrugator team. Starting pay is $18.43 per hour plus a $0.40 shift differential; increases are possible after 90 days and at 6 months based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift Truck Operator License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate issues or adjustments to appropriate personnel quickly.
• Assist the Corrugator crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment and submit repair work orders as needed.
• Adhere to the production schedule and suggest cost/quality improvements.
• Learn to operate backup equipment as required.
• Ensure units are properly tagged and counted.
• Operate corrugator lines and unitizers efficiently.
• Assist in training of dry-end personnel.
• Follow safety policies and keep workspace clean.
