Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a skilled Stacker Operator to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role focuses on operating the stacker line, performing changeovers, and maintaining quality and efficiency on the production floor.

You will work rotating shifts and overtime as required to meet production goals, ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs. The position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in a manufacturing setting, preferably high-speed.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a team environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts and overtime, including weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Pass a pre-employment physical, background, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned stacker equipment and monitor performance.
• Conduct changeovers on stacker equipment and adjust lines as needed.
• Cut and install conveyor belts following SOPs.
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices in the area.
• Communicate with coater operator and QC and cover breaks as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on line equipment.
