Job summary

OAK FARMS DAIRY is seeking a dedicated team member to operate and maintain the palletizing stacker on the production floor. You will adjust the stacker, ensure correct pallet patterns, and move palletized goods to the loadout area.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance and accurate record keeping. Candidates should read and write English, work well in a fast-paced team, follow directions, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

• Adjust stacker to proper case size and ensure it is running at optimal efficiency.
• Ensure equipment has been set for proper pallet pattern per product requirements.
• Move palletized product into the proper location for loadout of product.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Follow all DFA GMP and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adjust stacker to proper case size and ensure it is running at optimal efficiency
• Ensure equipment has been set for proper pallet pattern per product requirements
• Move palletized product into the proper location for loadout of product
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Production or general work experience preferred
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
