Pratt Industries, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a dependable Stacker Operator to join our corrugator team. You will stack, tag and prepare finished units for shipment in a fast-paced production setting.

This is a hands-on, 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) position with overtime and occasional weekends. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with raises at 90 days and six months based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units.
• Insert protective sheets and tie sheets as needed.
• Count and verify units and load tags for accuracy.
• Restack, flip stacks and hand-band units as required.
• Communicate production flow to teammates and operators.
• Assist training and cross-training on other corrugator roles.
• Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep.
• Learn corrugator lineups and assist other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker).
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Job description

As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.

What You’ll Do

• Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units
• Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed
• Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit
• Restack, flip stack and hand-band units as necessary
• Communicate with operators and team about production flow
• Help train others and cross-train on other corrugator roles
• Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep
• Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

What to Expect on the Job

• You’ll be on your feet for most of you shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling and regularly or moving up to 40 pounds
• You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common
• The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times
