Job summary

Opal Foods Cooperative Inc is hiring for a Stackoff position at our Roggen, CO egg processing plant. You will stack cases and crates onto pallets, monitor the tape machine, and help keep the work area clean as production runs continue.

This is a first-shift role with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to support the production lead on various tasks. Within a team-focused setting, you will ensure correct labeling and pallet placement, assist with loading and unloading, and participate in

STACKER

Roggen-processing Full Time ROGGEN PROCESSING, Roggen, CO, US

Salary Range: $21.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Opal Foods is currently accepting applications for the position of Stackoff for our Egg Processing Plant in Roggen, CO. This position is responsible for stacking cases of production on to pallets while maintaining compliance with all company policies and governmental regulations. Will assist to clean work areas after each day's run is complete. This position will also assist the production lead with other projects and duties as needed.

Position Responsibilities:

• Once cartons of eggs are boxed and crated, associate is responsible for stacking boxes and crates onto pallets
• In charge of monitoring and fixing tape machine
• Maintain clean work area throughout the day
• Responsible for helping other positions and cleaning up as needed
• Must have attention to detail to ensure the boxes and crates are put on the correct pallets, labels are correct, and boxes are sealed properly
• Transport eggs from Processing to the Cooler and unload carton trucks as needed
• Must be able to comfortably lift repetitively up to 45 lbs. up to 5 feet high to place on stacked pallet
• Clean and sanitize equipment and floors at the end of the day

• Must be able to work at a fast-pace (walk, stand, bend, squat and reach) to complete repetitive tasks for extended time periods
• Must be available to be scheduled for work any day of the week including holidays
• Must be clocked in and ready to work at scheduled start times
• Must be able to stay until eggs have completely run out of barns and plant is cleaned and sanitized

First shift. Hours may vary and extend past a normal 8 hour work day or end before 8 hours in a day.
