You will report directly to the CTO and play a central role across Product, Engineering, and Operations. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to deliver both strategy and execution.

Salary is between $150k–225k USD with equity potential.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and delivery from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance to define requirements, manage sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical depth (APIs, data models, analytics).
• Analyze product data, design experiments, and use insights to prioritize features and improve business performance.
• Lead discovery efforts with users, stakeholders, and market research to validate opportunities.
• Monitor post-launch performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
