Bloom Energy is seeking a Stack Data Analysis Engineer to join our team in San Jose, CA. This on-site role focuses on monitoring and analyzing data from critical components to improve yield, performance, and capacity.

You will develop software tools for characterization and work with cross-functional teams to advance stack reliability. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, image processing, and Python programming, with a good handle on MySQL and statistical methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hardware Engineering, or Physics.
• Experience in 2D/3D data analysis and image processing.
• Experience applying computational skills to industrial hardware problems.
• Experience in statistical data analysis using Excel or JMP.
• Experience with MySQL database and Python programming.
• Strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze data from critical components for yield, performance, and capacity increase activities.
• Develop engineering software tool/algorithm for special characterization and metrology development.
• Work closely with cross-functional team to sustain and improve stack yield and problem solving.
• Explore new software/hardware to enable new component characterization and quality metrics.
