STABLE & LESSON SUPPORT STAFF Premier Accredited Therapeutic Horsemanship Center in Lancaster MA is seeking experienced Barn Staff Members to join our team. Candidates must have horse care knowledge and intermediate horsemanship skills. The position requires that the Candidate supports the centers mission to create a therapeutic and supportive environment to meet the unique needs of the students we serve. As part of a large Community Agency, candidate must commit to annual trainings offered through RFK Community Alliance and the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Intl.
