Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Scientist 2 or 3 for Stability Sample Management on a long-term assignment onsite at a client in West Point, PA. The role offers full benefits, sick time, 401K, paid holidays, and PTO; sponsorship is not provided.

The Scientist will support stability studies, sample handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance in a GMP-regulated environment, with emphasis on accuracy and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Chemistry or related discipline with relevant years of experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment supporting stability sample management and stability chamber operations.
• Hands-on experience with LIMS and electronic notebooks is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support stability sample management activities in a GMP setting.
• Coordinate stability study setup and sample handling.
• Prepare samples for shipments and keep custody records.
• Review analytical data and GMP documents with a second scientist review.
• Maintain up-to-date cGMP training and regulatory knowledge.
