Job summary

Certified Group is a leading provider of laboratory testing, regulatory consulting, and certification services across highly regulated industries. We are seeking a Stability Technician I to join our growing team and perform stability sampling, ensure timely submission, and help maintain quality and compliance in a fast-paced lab environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role supports GMP, FDA, ICH, USP guidelines and internal SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma. Some college or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to changes to improve company processes.
• Able to work overtime or some Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull and distribute stability samples at testing intervals to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure all samples are pulled and submitted in a timely manner.
• Track completed stability study samples to be discarded.
• Comply with all appropriate safety and regulatory guidelines such as GMP, ICH, FDA, USP and internal SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Key responsibilities may differ among employees with the same job title and may change over time.
