Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a Stability Technician I to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This entry-level role supports stability studies and laboratory operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include pulling and distributing stability samples to appropriate departments, ensuring timely submission, tracking samples, and maintaining compliance with GMP, ICH, FDA, USP, and internal SOPs. Overtime or some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma; Some college or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to changes to improve processes.
• Overtime or some Saturdays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and distribute stability samples attending intervals to appropriate departments.
• Ensure that all samples are pulled and submitted in a timely manner.
• Track completed stability study samples to be discarded.
• Comply with GMP, ICH, FDA, USP and internal SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Key responsibilities may differ among employees with the same job title and may change overtime.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pullanddistributestabilitysamplesattestingintervalstotheappropriatedepartments.
• Ensurethatallsamplesarepulledandsubmittedinatimelymanner.
• Trackcompletedstabilitystudysamplestobediscarded.
• ComplywithallappropriatesafetyandregulatoryguidelinessuchasGMP,ICH,FDA,USPandinternalSOPs.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.
• KeyResponsibilitiesmaydifferamongemployeeswithsamejobtitleandmaychangeovertime.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• MusthaveaHighSchooldiploma.SomecollegeorBachelor'sDegreepreferred.
• Abletohandlemultipletasksandworkinafast-pacedenvironment.
• Ableto adapttochangestoimprovecompanyprocesses.
• Abletoworkovertimeor(someSaturdaysasneeded).
