Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Formulation Scientist – Stability Specialist to lead stability testing for new and existing products, supporting shelf-life claims and quality. The role collaborates with R&D, Quality, and Project Management to drive protocol improvements and formulation changes as needed.

The candidate will analyze stability data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to product consistency and breakthrough wellness solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, biology or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in product stability, formulation, product development, quality, or dietary supplements.
• Ability to review and interpret stability data, literature, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prepare reports, technical documentation, and business correspondence.
• Ability to perform and interpret calculations involving percentages, ratios, proportions, probability, and basic statistics.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and ability to learn lab systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage stability testing for new products and reformulations.
• Conduct real-time stability testing for probiotic products and evaluate shelf-life claims.
• Develop, maintain, and track stability protocols, records, and results.
• Review stability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare stability reports and data-based recommendations.
