Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Technician 1 to join the clean room production team. This training role focuses on assembly, labeling, packing and coating of dental implants and abutments, with a path to higher levels.

You will interface with QA/QC, learn SOPs, QSR/ISO 9001, TPM requirements and regulatory standards while developing dexterity and accuracy in a fast-paced medical device environment. This entry-level position includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Successfully completes SOP Training
• Successfully completes QSR and ISO 9001 Training
• Able to communicate in English at HS level; reading at HS level.
• Familiarity with PC; data entry; SAP a plus.

Job Description: The Technician 1 role allows for the training and development on the assembly, labeling, packing and coating of dental implants and abutments. This is a training role with the intention of promoting the individual to higher levels.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with quality assurance and quality control to maintain quality of work produced.
• Regularly partners with STA operators I-III to provide additional production.
• Perform day-to-day operations in a clean room center production environment.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in labeling, assembly and packaging processes.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in learning new skills and applications quickly.
• Capable of learning and performing all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirements.
• Capable of learning regulatory requirements which include FDA QSR and ISO requirements.
• Accountability: Good manual dexterity.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum.
• Have 20/20 vision with or without aid.

Job Requirements

• Critical Knowledge: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent some college preferred.
• Successfully completes all SOP Training
• Successfully completes all QSR and ISO 9001 Training
• Critical Skills: Able to communicate; speak and write in English at a High School Level.
• Reading comprehension at a High School Level.
• Familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.
• Critical Experience: Small parts production Medical Device Experience, a plus.
