Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead critical supplier processes and drive QR performance improvements. You will coordinate containment of supplier issues, perform root-cause analyses, and interface with STA and plant management to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, 2 years of plant manufacturing experience, and the ability to present to senior leadership within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science / Engineering, or equivalent technical / manufacturing aptitude.
• 2 years of Plant Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to develop and present materials to senior leadership with short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure.
• Lead containment of special-cause supplier process -1MIS and 0MIS SIMPSN & BSAQ projects.
• Drive root cause analysis activities with select critical to quality suppliers.
• Align with PRT on Supplier Process SIMPSN & BSAQ issues for Glidepath values.
• Provide early notification to and engage the STA Site team on potential Stop Shipments related to supplier process (SP).
• Provide support in containing supplier Stop Ship issues. Assist Site STA team with vehicle On-Hold and Release process tracking.
• Work with Stop Ship stakeholders to support accurate root cause for PAC process reporting.
• Monitor daily production report (DPR) and provide notification to STA management for issues that require Site STA team awareness/intervention.
• Act as supplier representative and liaison between STA and manufacturing plant management. Support Daily Plant Quality Meetings to report on containment of Supplier Process warranty issues, participate in PRT forums, lead supplier preparation for PQRs.
