Job summary

Ford is seeking a qualified Quality/Manufacturing professional to lead supplier quality initiatives and drive QR performance improvements. You will coordinate containment across suppliers and align with VRT on SP IRIS issues, while engaging the STA Site team on Stop Ship risks.

You’ll act as the Plant Vehicle Team liaison, report on containment and vehicle quality reviews, and support PAC and DPR activities to maintain production quality standards across programs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with supply chain emphasis.
• Minimum 2+ years in Quality Management and APQP/PPAP.
• Minimum 2+ years of plant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality initiatives to improve QR performance.
• Coordinate part quality confirmations with repetitive containment issues.
• Lead SP IRIS containment projects and align on IRIS issues with VRT.
• Notify STA Site team of potential Stop Ship impacts and assist with containment.
• Support Stop Ship containment and PAC reporting; track related actions.
• Monitor DPR and escalate issues to Site STA management as needed.
• Serve as Plant Vehicle Team liaison; report on containment and quality reviews.
