Entry Level Technician – St. Philips and Kahlig Auto Group Partnership

Technicians are in high demand. To retain good service techs, we treat them right. Here, you'll work alongside some of the best in the business, performing light maintenance work and training with top-notch technicians. Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance tasks.
2. Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor.
3. Communicate additional service requests to the service advisor.
4. Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman.
5. Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor.
6. Monitor repair times and update the service advisor regularly.
7. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
8. Complete documentation for client repairs.
9. Attend company and factory training sessions.
10. Stay current with factory technical bulletins.
11. Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED, or 6 to 12 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Trade school training is preferred.
