Job summary

Marsden is seeking a cleaner for shifts on Tuesday and Friday evenings at our Saint Michael, MN location. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to drive in winter conditions, and completion of pre-employment screening including a drug test and background check.

Applicants must be 18+ and able to speak English. Healthy lifting ability (up to 30 lbs) and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current car insurance.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle.
• Pre-employment drug screen required; Minnesota applicants: THC not included in the panel.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collect and dispose of trash from bins.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

• Comfortable driving in winter conditions

• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you mustbe able to speak English.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
