Job Title: Cafeteria Assistant

St. Joseph is seeking a positive, part-time Cafeteria Assistant.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow State and Health Department regulations and procedures, including hand washing, wearing appropriate clothing, aprons, hair nets, gloves, etc.
2. Prepare and serve food items; maintain cleanliness of food service facilities, equipment, and utensils.
3. Transport food from Garrett Keyser Butler to St. Joseph School using a personal vehicle and warming/cooling cambros, if required.
4. Evaluate, instruct, and ensure the highest quality of all foods served daily, including proper temping, prepping, cooking, holding, cooling, and storing food safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 pounds from the floor to a cart.
