Job summary

Southern States Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Cashier to be the face of the store, delivering friendly service while accurately processing purchases, returns, and exchanges.

You will greet customers, operate cash registers, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is appreciated, and prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or cashier/customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn point-of-sale systems and basic product knowledge.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
